  1. Who do I contact regarding technical issues?
If you are having technical problems or questions, please visit KelliePickler.com/customercare/fanclub.

FAN CLUB

  1. I applied for a meet & greet but I didn't win. Can I try again for another show?
Yes! You may apply for as many shows as you'd like until you meet your max of one (1) M&G per year. Please only register for shows that you WILL be attending.

If you win a M&G for a show that you are not attending, you run the risk of losing your 1 M&G for the year. Please notify the fan club at KelliePickler.com/customercare/fanclub if you are not able to attend a M&G that you won.
  2. I want to meet Kellie - how do I submit a request?
Meet & Greet registration will occur about a month before the show's date. Check the tour page for an exact registration date, typically posted about 6 weeks in advance of the show.

On the listed date and time, a "Meet Kellie" icon will appear on the tour page when you are logged in to your Fan Club account. Once you click on that icon, a box will pop up, asking if you're sure you want to register for that exact date's meet & greet. Once you click "yes", you're not done yet...

You will then be taken to the Meet & Greet Policy page. Please read through the policy, and at the bottom of the page, click the button that says "REQUEST MEET & GREET". A confirmation message will appear on the page, and on the tour page you will see a "M&G Processing" icon.

M&G registration will remain open for 48 hours.

Winners will be selected at random once registration is closed. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 24 hours to apply for a pass. Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply.

Once your request form has been received, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of reservations closing with your results.
  3. I am trying to sign up my son/daughter/spouse, but he/she doesn’t have his/her own e-mail address. What can I do?
The system will not allow more than one member to share the same email address, but you may obtain a free one usually through your own ISP, or through a service like Yahoo.com or Gmail.com.

If you try to sign someone up using the same email address, it will add days to the existing account attached to that email address; it will NOT create a new account.
  4. How do I renew my membership?
If you go to the Fan Club page while you are logged into the site, there will be a renewal link at the top. You can renew your membership at any point; as long as you are using the same email address, we will simply add 365 days to your existing membership.
  5. How can I find out when my membership expires?
Once you're logged-in to KelliePickler.com, you can visit the FAN CLUB page to find out how many days are left in your current membership.
  6. Why am I not receiving email from the Fan Club?
We get a lot of email bounced back when we send out our fan club newsletters, Meet & Greet info, etc. Please make sure your email address is typed correctly on every form you fill out.

If you notice that your email address is incorrect, please change it by clicking on "My Settings" in the upper-right corner when you are logged in. Also, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder daily if you have one. Certain Internet Service Providers have very strong filters, making it difficult for some of you to receive our emails.

It is also very helpful if you add "Mail@theechomailer.com" to your address book so your ISP will recognize our emails as safe.
  7. Can I bring someone with me to the Meet and Greet?
Each Fan Club member is allowed one (1) Meet & Greet per year. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse to attend the Meet & Greet with you, he or she will have to have his/her own Fan Club membership and will have to enter the Meet & Greet drawing separately.
  8. Can I purchase multiple memberships to get more Meet & Greets?
We’re sorry, but we must uphold the policy of one Meet & Greet per person, per the one-year period of your membership.

GENERAL

  1. Can children under the age of 13 join the online community?
Absolutely! Kids can join the community and enjoy all the same benefits that older members do. PLEASE NOTE, however, that we are unable to legally e-mail members under the age of 13. Since a lot of communication is done via e-mail, we recommend that a parent/guardian use their e-mail address and birth date to ensure that communications are received and previewed by an adult.
  2. How can I update my personal information on the site (address, e-mail, etc.)?
You can change profile information such as your e-mail address, username, password & mailing address by logging in to KelliePickler.com and clicking on “My Settings” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

Updates will take effect the next time you log back into the site.
  3. I have a new e-mail address. How can I change my information?
You may change all your information, including your email address, by clicking on "My Settings" in the upper right corner of any page while you are logged into the site.
  4. What if a tour date isn’t listed?
If you know Kellie is coming to a city, but the date isn't on the tour page, its likely that the date isn't officially confirmed yet. This is usually true for dates further away in the schedule. We recommend keeping an eye on the tour page, or calling your local venue (where the show is scheduled to occur) for updates.

We will always post shows once they are officially confirmed as happening.
  5. When is Kellie Pickler coming to my area?
Kellie is constantly adding new dates and locations to her tour. The TOUR page has the most up-to-date listing of all Kellie's dates, so if your city isn't listed, keep checking back.

TICKETING

  1. I keep getting a "No Tickets Available" message. What's up?
When a pre-sale begins, you are essentially competing with all other KPFC members who are trying to get the same tickets. When a person pulls a set of tickets, they become unavailable to everyone else who is searching for tickets. If all of the tickets are being looked at, you will get a "Tickets Unavailable" message. If anyone decides that they do not want the tickets that they pulled, those tickets will once again become available to view/purchase.

Each show's ticket allocations and seat locations vary, and are determined by the show's promoter. Pre-sale tickets are not guaranteed by the Fan Club.
  2. Where can I call for Ticketmaster ticket buying and customer service issues?
Ticketmaster is pleased to announce new nationwide toll-free numbers to help ensure the fans get easier access to purchase tickets and to great customer service. The new toll-free numbers are:

National Toll Free SALES number: 1-800-745-3000
Consumers can use this number to purchase tickets to any events in the continental United States, no matter what their location is. The system recognizes where in the United States the caller is calling from so all local prompting or messaging will still work.

    National Ticketmaster Express number: 1-866-448-7849
Ticketmaster Express, Ticketmaster’s national IVR automated phone line, is a quick and easy self-service method of buying tickets. This line is available 22 hours each day, 7 days a week! This self service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

    National Customer Service number: 1-800-653-8000
This is an easy access number that directly points customers to customer service for support on previously place orders.
  3. What if there are other pre-sales before Kellie's?
There may be cases when other pre-sales occur a day or two before Kellie's. Have no fear, all of Kellie's pre-sale tickets will be drawn from her very own allotment of tickets, and other pre-sales will be affect this.
  4. How do Ticketmaster pre-sales work?
If you are a member of Kellie's fan club, you will receive a Ticketmaster pre-sale code that can be found on the Fan Club page when you're logged in. This code is just for YOU, and will allow you to purchase up to 4 tickets per show, and up to 12 tickets per tour through Ticketmaster pre-sales.

Pre-sales typically occur 1-2 days before tickets go on sale to the public. The TOUR page and Kellie's Ticketmaster page will list when a pre-sale will happen, once it has been scheduled.

For access to the best seats, be sure to log in at the scheduled start of the pre-sale. If, for some reason, you get a message that tickets are not available, or you are not happy with your ticket selection, try again. When someone is looking at a particular set of tickets, it temporarily takes them out of the pool of available tickets. If the person decides they do not want those tickets, they will be thrown back into the pool of available tickets for you to draw from.

IMPORTANT: Your Ticketmaster code is case sensitive, and should be entered EXACTLY as it appears in order to access tickets. Additionally, any spaces before, after, or within the code will prevent Ticketmaster from recognizing the code.
  5. How can I purchase tickets online?
Click on "Tour" at the top of the page, then find the show you wish to buy tickets to. Click the "buy tickets now" link to purchase tickets for your show!
  6. Are VIP Tickets Transferable?
    No. They are not transferable.
